Daniel Glatt, MD, MPH

Daniel Glatt, MD MPH, board-certified in Internal Medicine, served on active duty as a physician in the U.S. Navy from 1992–1999. He holds a medical degree from New York Medical College, Masters in Public Health from Harvard, and completed two years of specialty training in Addiction Medicine at the San Francisco VA Medical Center.

After obtaining his Medical Degree from the Medical College of Virginia in 1993, Andy moved to New Hampshire for Internal Medicine Residency at Dartmouth Medical School, finishing in 1996. He is excited to be back in his native Bay Area working with his father and brother. His interests include mental health and wellness, and people with multiple complex medical issues. He is our group’s consultant on the role of 12-Step programs in the recovery process. He joined our practice in February, 2015, after 8 years with the Sutter Gould Medical Foundation in Turlock, CA.

Bill Glatt, MD

William Glatt MD

Bill Glatt, MD, affectionately known as the “Hugging Doc,” was the Medical Director of the Chemical Dependency Services at Mills-Peninsula Hospital from 1981 until 2012, and the Chairman of the Department of Internal Medicine at Mills-Peninsula Hospital for four years. He has written and lectured on the healing power of love and the effects of hugging on the immune system.

Susan Novales, NP-A

Susan Novales

Susan Novales, NP-A (Nurse-Practioner–Adult), has worked in our clinic since 2014. She graduated from Hunter College, the City University of New York, with a BS in Nursing in 1989, and worked as an RN until she received her NP-A Degree in 2001. She returned to her native San Francisco in 2009 with her young son and worked at several clinics in the Bay Area before joining Glatt Medical. She speaks Spanish and English.
